Registered Nurse Job in Las Cruces New Mexico

Job Description:
Several openings for Intermediate Care/Step Down Nurses with at least 2 years experience also with BLS. ACLS if not currently certified (must complete course within 3 months of hire.)

RN INCENTIVE'S

Sign-on Bonus - $5,000
Retention bonus - $1,000 payable semi-annually
Referral Bonus - $2,000 to $5,000 paid for referring nurses with two to five years' experience
Tuition Assistance – up to $2,500 per year toward a nursing degree
Relocation Assistance – up to $2,500 (reimbursement)
Pay Differentials – available for evening and weekend shifts ($3/night, $2.50/weekend)
Gems Program - This program pays up to $4k a year for "going above and beyond"
Interview Expenses – airfare, hotel and rental car paid by hospital for onsite interview
